Thanksgiving weekend!

Thanksgiving was such a blast!


I forgot the camera so I didnt get any pictures!


On Thursday, we went up to Benson! It was my grandparents anniversary so all of my cousins came and we had thanksgiving dinner. The best part was that it was catered. It was so good. After we ate dinner, we hung out and played some basketball, while the mom's hung out and talked. After everyone was all getting tired, we had this hold slideshow of grandma and grandpa's wedding pictures, kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. Then we all said stuff about them. It was great! Then we stayed up all night at their house.



On Friday, we went on this major hike. Getting up to the top of the mountain was basically rock climbing without the ropes to hold on to. Getting down was even scarier. It was steep. There was a hole that you had to squeeze through. I twisted my ankle half way down by junping from one rock to another. There was to HUMUNGOUS rocks that were really close together. You had to go sideways into it and just slide across. The part that I started crying at was really scary. You would stand on this very thin ledge and My cousins would lower you about 20 feet to get to the bottom. They would just hang you by your hands. And someone would catch you at the bottom. I kept thinking that I was going to fall off that thin ledge or my cousins might drop me or the person that was suppost to catch you misses you. I was super scared. My feet kept on slipping and my dad or cousin had to catch me so I was so scared.

1st game of the Championships!

We lost!
It was against the Greenfield Grizzlies
The scores:
1st game: 25 to 13 (we won)
2nd game: 25 to 22 (they won)
3rd game: 16 to 14 (they won)
The 3rd game was so close!
The score was 7 to 2, they were ahead. We got ahead to 10 and then they got to 14, so that means that all they needed was only one more point. Then, we got up to 14 and then they got to 16. It was such a close game. It was such a fun game though!
It was a great season!
We have are and of the season party this Saturday! Can't wait!
But that just means that all volleyball is going to be done until High School.
But now Softball is here! Tryouts for that are in a week and a half!

We played the Mesquite Mustanges!
We lost!
The Scores:
1st game: 25 to 23 (they won)
we were winning by a whole lot but then they
caught up with one server and then they kept
the lead but it was a really good game!
2nd game: 25 to 16
Can't wait for the championships!

Cameron's birthday!

Today is Cameron's birthday.

He is turning 12!

1st game: 25 to 23 (they won)
2nd game: 25 to 19 (they won)
It was sad beacuse I didnt get to play in the whole game because I got in trouble at home and my dad called Ms. Miller to tell her that I wont be playing in the game because I was in trouble!
I hae learned my lesson and it will never happen again!
I want to say sorry to all of my teammates and tell them that it will never happen again!
I wish I could have played!
I get to play in the next game next Tuesday against Mesquite Mustanges!
I cant wait!
There is only one more game until the Conference!

We had lost to them last time!

It was a hard fought game!

We lost!
We played the Mesquite Mustangs!
They were undefeated but it was still a close match!

It was such a fun game!

4th game!

WE WON!
It was against the Highland Hurricanes.
They won SSC last year so that was a big accomplishment for us.
We won in two straight games.
Heres the scores:
1st game: 26 to 24 (we won)
We made a huge comeback in this game.
They were at 23 and us at 17, then we served it out and they went to 24.
Then, they got to serve and we had a huge rally and we got the point.
After that, we just kept on getting points until we got to 26. We did great!
2nd game: 25 to 18 (we won)
It was such a fun game!
Can't wait for next weeks!

3rd game!

We lost!
It was against the South Valley Sabercats.
They were undefeated and we weren't the ones to break their streak.
Here were the final scores:
1st game: 25 to 18 (They won)
2nd game: 25 to 21 (We won)
3rd game: 15 to 8 (They won)
I did horrible.
I didn't get to serve and I wouldn't move my feet.
I don't know what was wrong with me.
I cried when I got in the car and I was thinking how I was able to get on the team.
I do not know how I am able to be a starter.
I hope I do better in the next game and
prove to myself that I am good enough to be on this team.

My first game!

Today was my first game! We played the Desert Ridge Rattlers.
I was a starter and it was so much fun.
But the bad part was we lost!
The second game was really close though!
Here were the scores:
1st game: 25 to 13
we had gone out of position and we got lost and that brought us down a lot!
2ND game: 26 to 28, It was really close the whole time.
They were really good.
It was our first game so we have more to bring us back up.
Our next game is this Thursday at home.

8th grade

8th grade has been awesome so far. I get to see all of my friends again. I met some new people. I'm going to put up a slideshow of my friends soon. I made the 8th grade volleyball team. I'll also put a slideshow of my volleyball team. Our first game is next Tuesday, at Desert Ridge Jr. High, I can't wait. I hope we win SSC this year. We were so close last year. 8th grade is going to be so much fun.

reunion in heber!

The reunion was a blast! But 3 big families weren't able to come! We missed you pam, nelson, linda, and all of your families.

summer so far!

It is July 12th (almost 13th), i haven't told you so much about our summer yet. Well, here is our summer so far:

After exactly one week of school being out, we went on our first vacation. We went to San Diego. I got to meet some cousins for the first time. We also visited our grandma up there too! My grandma lives in a place where all the movie star get old so they are put there. They are provided with everything! W eeven got to meet some movie stars a few times! Not just old ones! We got to meet the whole crew fro MASH. It was so cool! They were visiting one of the guys grandmas, who was going to die soon. (We had left our camera in the car when we saw them so we didn't get any pictures. Sorry!)

On the first week of July, we had a big family reunion in New Mexico. That is where my grandpa grew up, so we got to see all the places that he lived where he went to school, and all the stuff. We got back Saturday night!

The next day, after church, i went with my friend up to girls' camp to help set up and everything. girls' camp was so much fun. We had a lake and i fell in twice. once the boat tipped.the second, the was a black widow in my boat so i just jumped out!
(I hate any type of bugs! I scream when I see one!)

The next two weeks after girls' camp, I had Boredum Busters. It was so much fun and I made between 300 to 400 dollars. Thats a lot for in weeks for my age!

The next two weeks, I jut hung out mostly!

Then on July 9th, I went on another family reunion! We went up to heber. There was a lake there too! We all went swimming with the fish! A bear even came up to our cabin. We had to call animal control! But, we did and up getting a good prank out of it! If you want to know what the prank was, come ask me! It's to long to put on here! But, I can say it real fast!

Well, we got back form Heber today! So, I think I'm all caught up! I put a slide show for the california trip and the heber reunion on a different post! I'm too tired! I got to get to bed!

The baby!

It's official, I am having a baby brother! I always wanted a brother. (I already have one, but I want one that won't end up being in all the same schools I am in at the same time!) We want to name it Treyson BLake Shephard. My mom wants it to look like cameron when he is little. I want the complete opposite. I want a boy that looks like Brianna but boy style. I mean the blonde hair, the eyes, ABSOLUTELY NO FRECKLES, and everything that cameron isn't! I can't wait! I will post a picture of when he is born!

10 random thing about me!

1. I had to go to the Emergency room 3 times.
2. I see dead people!!!! oooo! (Calm down my grandpa is a mortician!)
3. I once poured stawberry milk on a guy's head that I liked. I wanted to be noticed. I was noticed alright, I was known as the weird girl all through grade school.
4. My weekness is Boston kreme filled donuts. Not just any kind. It has to be Krispy Kremes.
5. My biggest pet peave is bullying. Bullying is the start of everything. Say this one girl, let's call her kim. she is being picked on by jane. Kim feels really bad about hersaelf beacuse of what jane said, so she does drugs to feel better. Stuff like that.
6. I could have had an older brother or sister but my mom had a miscarriage. I always wonder what it would be like to have an older brother or sister.
7. My nickname in 6th grade was steriods bacause I could kick a football higher and farther than any guy in the school. Everyone thought I was on steriods because of it. I was the officail punter. On facebook, I sent a friend request to someone from my schol and they sent a message to me wondering who I was. I described myself. He still didn'y know who I was so I said Steriods. Then he said oh ya your the girl who would play football with all the guys.
8. This is really sad but i am an amzing chef but the ONLY thing I CAN'T cook is cookies. I always burn them or they are to doughey or i forget an ingredient. Someday I'll get it right.
9. I have have several personalities: 1. I'm ready for any sport any time. 2. I love to go shopping. ( But i can't seem to have any money! except from babysitting.) 3. I am a nerd, I got accepted for the national junior honors society. I'm in all honors. 4. I am caring. When someone is sick I wan't to miss school and be there for them to get them what they want and to serve them. 5. I love to just sit back, relax, and watch a movie. when i'm bored, A movie is always the solution.
10. I know that I can always turn to my friends. They are always there for me when I am having trouble. they will always help me when I need to do something. An example would be kaylee. I wanted to help out my dad with the yard because it was looking bad and I pulled all the weeds. Kaylee came over for piano lessons. She saw that I was tired and sahe helped me pull the weeds. But get this, she was in a DRESS and HiGH HEELS. she was going to a choir cocert that night and was all dressed up and she still helped. I know that I have true friends that will help me through thick and thin.

Spring Break!

It was really fun the first weekend of spring break. We went to this resort and each got our own room and there was a flat screen T.V. in each room. We stayed there for three days. We didn't have to do any jobs. We went swimming, played some games, and just hung out in our room and watched T.V. It was our weekend get away. The only thing that ruined it was that I had a volleyball tournament and I had only gotten 3 hours of sleep. Because I am setter, it is very bad for the team. It caused us to lose our first game. Also, it caused us to get 2ND place instead of 1St.

The rest of the week all I did was hang out with my friends and family. Other than that I was bored out of mind. You have no idea!

On Monday, Ally's house. We played against Karai at soccer. I have never played against him before. I never realized he was THAT good.

On Tuesday, I had to do a bunch of jobs and pretend I was having fun so that we could go to the movies. Also, I had volleyball practice for 3 hours.

On Wednesday, my grandma came over and she taught me how to make a purse. I had to do it for young women's, so why not get it over with. It is really cute! I am almost done with it. There is more to continue about the purse but I figure you don't want to here about it. My brother had one of his friends over for a sleepover and I played basketball against them and I won. I also had volleyball practice for 3 hours.
On Thursday, I was board all day. All I did was hang out and watch Movies and T.v. I also had another volleyball practice for 3 hours.

On Friday, I went to Chuck E. Cheese's with my family. Then I had a Late night party from 9:00 to 1:00. I got to meet a famous singer. Her name is Candace Cheree'.

On Saturday, I Had a volleyball tournament at 1:00. We got 2ND place again. I have an excuse for not getting 1ST place. We ahd a landscaper at our house that morning and he was having some trouble with the sprinkler system and was asking my dad a BUNCH of questions about where he had botten them and all that stuff. We left late because of it and I had gotten there after my coach had given the starting line up for the first game. I didn't get to play in the game. Someday we will get 1st place.

Well, there was my spring break. Sorry I don't have pictures. But, my mom forgot the camera.

volleyball tournament with olympic gold metal winners!

A few weekends ago, I went to a major volleyball game where the tickets costs a few hundred dollars. The reason it was so expensive was because the men who won the gold metal for the olympics were playing. Luckily, I had met them a year ago. Brian payed for the tickets for us because he's like best buds with them. There named are Tod and Phil. The game was on T.V. Of course they won!
